Description :
- Daily clearance of Department incoming mails.
- Typing reports, letters, memo or fax documents and do filing.
- Answer all phone call enquiries
- Send out brochures, promotional articles to clients.
- Monitor stock level of the Sales Press kit.
Requirements :
- At least GCE 'O' level or equivalent educational background
- With minimum 1 to 2 years' clerical experience
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Strong skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Good initiative and is committed
- Customer oriented
