Description:
1.Able to handle functions on a big scale such as weddings / dinners / outside catering / luncheons
2.Able to analyse the Daily Sales Highlights and also interpret month end reports and financial reports
3.Ensuring service standards are met, in line with Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
4.Required to train all existing staff on the operation and maintenance of all equipment in the outlet. Checks to be conducted on a routine basis to ensure performance of all equipment

Requirements:
1.At least a diploma in hospitality/ F&B Management. Excellent track records in Banquet Operations can substitute lack of academic qualifications.
2.Minimum 5 years of banquet operations experience, which will include at least 2 years of banquet operations management experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
3.Customer- oriented with strong leadership abilities.
